Combining over 10 years of sustainability expertise in supply chain, with 20 years in brand management, technology, data analytics, and finance, JoAnna is an award-winning leader, entrepreneur, and business strategist. She is the Founder and CEO of MindClick, a supply chain data and analytics company dedicated to advancing positive environmental and social impact in the global hospitality industry.
Prior to founding MindClick, JoAnna gained over 20 years of experience in brand management, market research, and product development for leading consumer brands, including Nestlé, PepsiCo, Toyota, and Warner Brothers. Her career began in finance at Accenture (formerly Arthur Andersen), where she built a strong foundation in strategy and analytics.
JoAnna is a frequent speaker on the topics of ESG, sustainability and supply chain, and the power of ratings to accelerate change. Recognized by the UNWTO as a leading voice in sustainable tourism, JoAnna serves as an advisor to the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance’s Supply Chain Task Force. She has been named a hospitality industry innovator by Lodging Magazine, recognized by Wharton’s Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership, and contributed to Cornell’s Hospitality Research Summit.
JoAnna holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois.
