JAY ROSEN

Founder & CEO, Hikma Capital Partners

Jay  is an accomplished, versatile real estate and private equity executive with extensive experience across the entire value chain including acquisitions, master planning, development, project structuring, financing, residential sales, branding, marketing, operations, and asset management. Over the course of his career, he has participated in over $25 billion in real estate and private equity investments, including large, integrated resort developments, single asset and portfolio acquisitions, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. Jay has extensive experience with hospitality and mixed-use assets in addition to residential, retail, gaming, and office investments in North America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.

Jay is currently Founder and CEO of Hikma Capital Partners, a boutique investment and asset management platform focusing on opportunistic and valued-added investments for institutional and non-institutional investors. Previously, Jay was a member of a small executive team involved in creating, planning, financing, and developing Baha Mar, a $3.5 billion destination resort development in The Bahamas. Earlier in his career, Jay was a member of the investment teams at Interstate Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts where he focused on acquisitions, development, and asset management. 

Jay serves as a Strategic Global Advisor and Board Member (GCC) to Inhabitr, the real estate industry’s first AI powered end-to-end furnishing solution, and Advisory Board Member to Aseer Investment Company, the investment arm of Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund (PIF) focused on transforming Aseer into a year-round tourism destination.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration where he concentrated in real estate finance.
